Feathers Teens is a non-profit community group offering support and friendship to alternatively educated teenagers affected by neurodivergence and mental health, and their families, in Lincolnshire.
We meet :
Monday's at Heckington Pavillion and playing fields, Howell Street, Heckington
Friday's at Broadstreet Methodist Church Spalding
Alternate Wednesday's at Scout Hut HQ, Castle Street, Boston
and the last Sunday of the month at Sutterton dog park, Sutterton, Boston
as well as getting together out in the community, collaborating with other groups, and keeping in touch online.
Feathers Teens is a fun, social and hands on learning and social group, held in a safe and accepting environment.
We offer a safe, parent supervised, friendly space to learn, socialise and be active both indoors and outdoors. Accepting and encouraging of all quirks, interests and identities.
Our staff and volunteers all have lived experience, and are here to support alternatively educated young people of secondary school age and up, and their families, affected by issues such as Autism, ADHD, PDA and anxiety within Lincolnshire.
